Our approach to middle school training goes beyond just working hard—we focus on teaching athletes how to train the right way. These years are a critical window for building the strength, discipline, and movement efficiency that will carry them into high school prepared, confident, and capable.


Athletes are challenged to move better, think faster, and bring more focus to each session—without compromising safety or reinforcing bad habits. Every progression is matched to their stage of development, not just their age.
